Drug-crazed woman burns down grandma’s house
A 72-year-old grandma fainted after returning home in Kalasin province to find it burnt down to the ground before noon today (30 June 2020).
Police investigators said it was the grandma’s 23-year-old niece who put the two-storey wooden house on fire. It took the fire-fighters more than 90 minutes to stop the blaze, the Thai-language daily Thai Rath reported.
The niece confessed that she had taken methamphetamine pills and went to the second floor of the house, where she lit a fire.
