Heinz thought he has successfully escaped his punishment for killing his 17-year-old girlfriend on April 4th back in 2010. Heinz used a knife to stab the young teenage girl 20 times until she died from the suffering. He chose to murder her by stabbing her face, neck, chest, arms, and hands.

In 2010, Heinz has been living in Thailand for over 20 years when he got romantically involved with Janjira. They had been together for 3 years but their love was not like when they first met. They often had issues and big fights where they lived in Mae Jun, Chiang Rai province. The house was a rented home with 4 main residents which were Heinz, Janjira, Janjira’s Father, and Heinz son.

On the 4th of April, a big fight started up in between the couple, suddenly Heinz locked the door blocking other persons out from the room that they were fighting in, not long later Heinz walked out with blood splattered all over his clothes and body.

The Chiang Rai police at the time issued an arrest warrant for Heinz. He was successfully arrested but then on the June 10th, 2010 Heinz submitted an application for temporary bail under 400,000 THB. He took this as an opportunity to escape the day where his judgment was to be announced.

On the 25th of this month, 8 years after Heinz has been on the escape from the law, thanks to the police investigation by Division 1 and Division 4 Heinz was captured in the main city of Chiang Rai in front of a local clinic. He will be prosecuted this time with no second chance of escape.
