‘Home alone’ boy takes care of 4 brothers and sisters
Thirteen-year-old Flook (his nickname) has had to take care of his four younger brothers and sisters since his father left them and their mother, who has had to work away from home.
Their plight caught the attention of a local monk, who posted an article on Facebook. A local journalist followed up the story, and help has since poured in for Flook and his little family, Sanook.com reported today (June 27).
Flook said he was touched by the kind-hearted people who have helped him and his brothers and sisters. “I will take good care of my brothers and sisters, and be a good student,” he said.
