Seven more Covid-19 cases in Pattani
Pattani Provincial Governor Kraisorn Wisitwong today (March 19, 2020) confirmed that seven more local residents had been infected by Covid-19 virus, the Thai-language daily Thai Rath reported.
The seven men had travelled to Malaysia to take part in religious events on March 2. One of them was quarantined on March 2 and six more on March 14.
Governor Kraisorn also sent notifications to 700 mosques in Pattani to clean up the religious places to prevent the Covid-19 virus from spreading further.
