Cash-strapped man gets stern look from bank teller
A NEW post on pantip.com by a cash-strapped man went viral today (Sept. 29).
“I had only 42 baht left in my bank account this morning, so I withdrew it to buy a plate of rice,” he wrote. “The female bank teller looked at me with a stern face, and I felt so embarrassed.”
“Frankly speaking, I did not want to go to the bank in the first place,” he added. “But I was so hungry, and in the end I had my first meal of the day.”
