Son in tragic quarrel with dad over pit bull
A 61-year-old retiree was worried when his 30-year-old son brought a pit bull into their home in the southern Thai city of Hat Yai. He was afraid that the dog might harm his second wife and their five-year-old son.
A new war of words erupted this morning (June 20) over the dog, and the two engaged in a fist fight. The son then ran into his room, fetched a gun and shot his dad in the head. He then shot himself, according to Sanook.com.
The son died on the spot. His father was taken to hospital and is still in critical condition.
