The Alley café opens in Bangkok
AFTER a big success in 12 countries The Alley bubble tea café finally arrived in Bangkok 2 days ago with the first outlet opening its door on the 4th floor of Siam Square One shopping mall, Sanook.com reported today (October 27, 2018).
This chain from Taiwan was launched in 2013 under the concept of mixing art into drinks by meticulously choosing ingredients and aesthetically arranging and serving them with this creating a new dimension to drinking tea.
This very strong point led it to expand to 30 cities in 12 countries including Canada, US, Japan, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong and now Thailand.
The first café here has been decorated in Taiwanese style with warmth created through orange lights and a feeling of freshness from plants placed right in the middle.
The café’s signature product is the tapioca balls which it makes itself and calls them deeriocas after the chain’s deer imagery. They also boil their very own cane syrup everyday and use the most high-quality tea leaves for their brews.
Fans of bubble tea should try this new offering from Taiwan with the chain already getting ready to expand to Central World in December.
