Biker held for hitting student on sidewalk
A North Bangkok District court judge this afternoon (Jan 23, 2019) sentenced a motorcyclist to one month in detention for hitting a high-school student on a sidewalk, Sanook.com reported today (Jan 23, 2018).
The student suffered sprained angles and both of her legs were swollen.
Because he has never committed any other offences, the motorcyclist will spend one month in detention at his home.
