Campaign against over-priced lottery

Nakhon Ratchasima deputy governor Piyachat Insawang today (Nov 20, 2019) launched a campaign against lottery vendors who overcharge buyers, the Thai-language daily Matichon reported.

The problem has long been discussed with the Government Lottery Bureau (GLB), with no solution in sight.

According to the deputy governor, a persistent public campaign against over-priced lotteries must be carried out, with buyers demanding that they will no longer buy a lottery ticket that is priced at more than 80 baht.
