Chiang Mai stops screening travellers after 43 days without Covid-19

The Committee on Communicable Diseases in Chiang Mai today (Feb 25, 2021) stops screening locals and visitors for Covid-19 after 43 days without new patients, sanook.com reported.

However, travelers from Samut Sakhon still have to declare themselves to local officials, set up the Mor Chana application, confine themselves for 14 days and allow medical officials to check for SARS-CoV-2.

Hotels, restaurants and food shops as well as entertainment places must strictly follow the sanitation measures and allow local officials to collect the personal data of clients through the CM-CHANA application.
