A drug seller cried after police surprised him with a piece of cake with a candle. The suspect reveals no one has ever done this for him. The man was arrested on his birthday and after police saw his ID card they decided to surprise him with a candle. A video was shared from Nakhon Si Thammarat Province showing police officers surprising a man with a candle on his birthday. The drug seller was arrested on 3 August 2021. Police Lieutenant Chayanan Chusuwan from the Nakhon Si Thammarat City Police Station purchased a piece of cake with a candle for a suspect.
Tanongkorn known as Tong 33 years old from the province, was arrested on his birthday. He never expected for the police to realize it was his birthday and sing him a happy birthday song. Tong is arrested facing drug charges and was sitting in the police station when the police surprised him. When officers walked out with the cake, the suspect started crying as he was truly surprised. The suspect told officers no one had bought him a cake or sang happy birthday for him before.
This is the first time Tong has celebrated his birthday throughout the 33 years of his life. This is also the first time anyone has given him a piece of cake with a candle on it. Officers had a talk with the suspect about selling drugs or having anything to do with illegal drugs. After the talk Tong promises to stop all connections with drugs after he gets out of prison. He thanks the officers for caring and will remember the moment forever. Tong was arrested on the street after police went to inspect the area. Tong started acting suspiciously so police asked to search him. Tong had 10 Yaba pills and was arrested on the spot.
