Gen Prawit: No information on Yingluck’s escape route
DEPUTY Prime Minister and Defense Minister General Prawit Wongsuwan said this morning (Sept. 6) that there is still no information on the escape route former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra took to flee the country, INN News said.
Talking to the press before attending a National Environment Board meeting General Prawit said he also does not know where Ms Yingluck currently is because he has not received a report from Deputy National Police Chief Pol Gen Siwara Rangsiprammanakul and they also have not met so for that reason cannot yet take action against those who helped her flee.
However he added that he is fully taking care of this case and the Foreign Ministry has also liaised with 190 countries to try to find Ms Yingluck but although two weeks have passed officials still do not know where she is hiding.
