The new homeowner visits her house that had just completed construction. Instead of finding clean rooms the house had been trashed by unknown persons. There were used dishes, dirty clothes, drug remains, urine on the floor, white spots, and used condoms laying on the floor. The strangers were also thieves that stole all her new electronic appliances. Facebook user Rutchanok Eif posted on 11 February 2020 pictures of her trashed home. Rutchanok stated that the power bill for her house was higher than usual even though no one was staying there yet, so she decided to give it a visit.
Instead of a brand new clean home, Rutchanok discovered that her house had been trashed by a group of strangers. She walked in and found a pile of urine in the first room and a toilet that hasn’t been flushed for a long time. Throughout the house, she found dirty dishes, used condoms, and sanitary pads, and drug remains.
Rutchanok stated in her post “New home, thieves have been staying here. In 1 month and 20 days, thieves have entered my home 2 times. This house was built from the family savings, 1.3 Million THB. I received a power bill on 2 February, but no one was living there. On the 7th my aunt was returning home so I told her to check on my house. This is when I discovered there was a group of strangers living in my home. They treated my house like it was theirs, pots and dishes were all over the house, the toilet was not flushed, urine on the floors, they even brought in a bed and mosquito nets.
All the rice was gone, they probably sold it. My satin bed sheets disappeared, the ceiling was destroyed for the electronic wires, and the lights were left on 24/7. What are the police doing? When the thieves went in the first time police asked for 2,000 THB as gas money and nothing happened. My family are just normal people, what can we do?”.
The homeowner updated on the 8th revealing that the police came to inspect her home and found body fluids, proof that they had intercourse inside, used condoms, needles, aluminum foil, and lighters. My kitchen was destroyed and they stole my fridge, 2 Levi jeans, rice, Satin sheets, a part of the ceiling, and kitchen appliances. Neighbors said they saw a group of people coming in every weekend for about a month but they thought it was the homeowners.
