Nine-year-old school boy killed in road crash in Suphan Buri
Suphan Buri provincial police are investigating an accident that has resulted in the death of a nine-year-old schoolboy and injuries for ten other young students, four of whom in serious condition, the Thai-language daily Khao Sod reported yesterday (6 Oct 2020).
It was raining heavily and the 58-year-old school bus driver was slowing down when a trailer truck crashed into his vehicle at full speed.
The 30-year-old truck driver said he did not clearly see the school bus as only blinking lights of the bus were turned on.
