PM Prayut hits out at jay motorcyclists
Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha (Nov 30, 2018) ordered traffic police to take tough legal action against motorcyclists who drive on Bangkok’s footpaths, the Thai-language daily Matichon reported.
In an interview with journalists after a cabinet meeting at Government House, PM Prayut said traffic police must take serious action against jay-bikers, who violate the rights of pedestrians.
“Cars and motorcycles must be on the road,” he said. “Law-abiding citizens must not accept this type of misbehavior.”
