Prawit mum on watch and ring
DEPUTY Prime Minister and Defense Minister Prawit Wongsuwan said today (Dec. 12) he has not met the National Anti-Corruption Commission to explain media reports about his expensive watch and ring, INN News reported.
Asked by reporters about rumors that his ring belongs to his mother and the expensive watch was lent to him by a businessman friend, he said he knew nothing about it and has nothing to say.
Regarding pressure on him by social media to resign as Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister to take responsibility for the death of a cadet whose vital organs were stolen during an autopsy, he said that is just talk.
After saying this much General Prawit waded through the throng of reporters and got into car and drove away, without showing any emotion.
