Singaporean man crashes Lamborghini on Tollway, 5 injured.
A Singaporean man crashes his brand-new Lamborghini on the tollway. He crashed into a car and a truck that ended up flipped over on the road. Police Lieutenant Colonel Teerapot Thongget from the Vabhavadi Traffic Police received notification on 5 November 2022 at 10 am. There had been a road accident with injured persons on the Don Mueang Tollway. Officials, the tollway rescue team, and the local rescue team went to the accident location. Because of the accident there was heavy traffic. A barrier had broken off and nearby was a Toyota truck with a Pathum Tani Province license plate. The truck was in terrible condition with the front and the back smashed in.
Not far from the truck was a yellow Lamborghini with a red Bangkok license plate. In total there are 5 injured persons. Mana 41 years old the truck driver and Pennapa 45 years old his wife, Siriporn 33 years old the car driver, Kalaya 61 years old the mother, and Kamolchanok 25 years old the daughter. All injured persons were delivered to a hospital. The 51-year-old Singaporean Lamborghini driver was not injured. Witnesses state that the Lamborghini was speeding and cutting through lanes. He ran into the car and the truck following behind could not stop in time. The truck ran into the car who then ran into the barrier and broke it off.
The Lamborghini driver is currently being investigated with the police. The injured persons will also be interviewed after they are safe and can leave the hospital. Police will continue the investigation and collect security footage from the area. The Lamborghini driver will likely face charges of negligent driving leading to the injury of other persons and damage in property. The Singaporean man cannot speak Thai and no reports to why he was speeding on the tollway. The vehicle also has a red license plate which means it had been purchased not long ago.
