Topless Songkran reveler fined
A YOUNG female Songkran reveler was fined 1,500 baht this morning (April 14) for indecent exposure in the central Thai province of Chai-nat, the Thai-language daily Thai Rath reported.
The woman jumped onto the top of a van as hundreds of revelers were splashing water in the jam-packed municipal area. She then took off her shirt and invited men to touch her breasts.
Police said the woman was drunk. Her antics were later posted online, prompting Governor Ronnapop Luangpairot to instruct the police to be more vigilant.
