AT Rossini’s in August and September, Chef Gaetano Palumbo introduces an enticing new set lunch menu.
Renowned as one of the finest Italian restaurants in Bangkok, Rossini’s serves highly accomplished modern Italian cuisine in the sophisticated setting of a Tuscan villa.
Highlights from Chef Gaetano’s new set lunch menu include an appetizer of grilled Hokkaido scallop with almonds cous-cous and yellow tomato dressing. There is also a choice of delicious main dishes such as delicious tuna fillet Milanese style, homemade sedani pasta, eggplant, fresh tomato and ricotta cheese, and succulent slow cooked lamb with caramelized onions and Parmesan polenta.
Rossini’s is defined by the passion, creativity and flair of its gifted Executive Chef Gaetano Palumbo. Born in Sicily, he grew up in Sciacca, a traditional fishing town in Agrigento Province, an area known as the culinary heart of traditional Sicilian cuisine.
One of the many accolades Rossini’s has achieved with Chef Gaetano at the helm is L’Assiette Michelin, or the Michelin Plate, a new worldwide designation included in the renowned Michelin Guide that indicates a “restaurant where the inspectors discovered quality food.”
Chef Gaetano was also selected as a Lufthansa Star Chef to create authentic and high-quality Italian dishes for the airline’s First and Business Class passengers on long-haul flights between Southeast Asia and Germany.
