Reprieve for illegal workers in S.Korea
South Korea’s Justice Ministry has announced a grace period for illegal foreign workers in the country to return to their home countries without facing any legal charges, the Thai-language daily Khao Sod reported today (Oct 17, 2018).
The grace period is from October 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019.
Thai citizens wishing to work legally in South Korea may contact the Labor and Social Welfare Ministry, which can give advice and assistance for Thais wishing to work in South Korea.
