Great photos galore at Red Lotus Floating Market
IF you want to take some outstanding photos in a beautiful lotus pond then all you have to do is head to nearby Nakohn Pathom province where the beguiling Red Lotus Floating Market is located, Sanook! Travel columnist Peeranut P. wrote today (July 9, 2018).
At this large pond in Bang Len district grows the traditional lotus, which usually blooms in the morning and if you come late you might miss the beauty, and also tropical water lily that blooms late in the morning and stays so all day.
This means tourists may visit all day and there are also approximately 80 shops selling food and other products. It is indeed relaxing to eat, walk around and enjoy the ambiance, which makes this an eminently suitable place to bring your family or those you are close to.
There are boats for rent at only 100 baht, and there is also a drone service to take aerial photos at 40 baht a photo, or 300 baht for the whole set, which is cheaper than buying a drone and in addition there is someone taking these photos for you.
