Thai fruit campaign for tourists
“Thailand’s Amazing Durian and Fruit Fest 2019” will be held at Klong Hae Floating Market in Hat Yai District of the southern Thai province of Songkhla during 9-12 August 2019, the Thai-language daily Thai Rath reported yesterday (August 9, 2019).
It will be the 4th fruit festival organized by the Department of Internal Trade (DIT).
Local airports and various airlines will join the campaign by allowing their passengers to bring local fruits onto the plane for three months.
