Clear blue sky greets southerners
People in seven southern Thai provinces were greeted with a clear blue sky and fresh air for the first time in two weeks when they woke up this morning (Sept 25, 2019), the Thai-language daily Matichon reported.
The Environmental Office in Songkhla Province said the volume of tiny particles measured during the past 24 hours was only 15-17 micrograms per cubic meter.
Locals and tourists sunbathing on Samila beach in Songkhla can clearly see Koh Noo and Koh Maew islands.
Food vendors and beach massage providers are all smiles as customers return to the beach.
