Last day of Songkran fun on Silom road
DESPITE it being sizzling hot this afternoon Silom road was still full of both Thai and foreign Songkran revelers having a whale of a time splashing and spraying water, Thai News Agency said today (April 15).
However officials in charge of the festivities on this key Bangkok road underscored earlier in the day that Songkran celebration on this stretch will end at 8 p.m. tonight as this business area has to be cleaned up and traffic allowed in again.
