Offbeat museum in Kanchanaburi
THERE is an unusual museum in Kanchanaburi with this displaying all kinds of motorcycles built over the years with the aim of educating the younger generation about their history, Thai News Agency’s tourism column said yesterday (August 30).
Called the Lo Heng Mong motorcycle museum the key point for tourists is that admission is free.
Meanwhile Experens.com said this offbeat museum is owned by the Lo Heng Mong motorbike shop.
In business for more than 50 years, the business has kept an example of most motorcycles they have sold over that period.
It is located near Wat Tha Rua in Kanchanaburi’s Tha Maka District with the opening hours being 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Saturday.
