12 injured as Korean tour coach flips over in Chiang Mai

A TOUR coach carrying Korean tourists overturned at Doi Saket district in northern Chiang Mai province leading to 12 persons being injured with the driver faulted for being negligent and not staying on the road, INN News reported today (Dec. 14)

Pol Lt. Thanwut Samae, duty investigation officer at Mae Pong station in Chiang Mai, said the tour coach was carrying around 12 Korean tourists, 1 guide and the driver, with 12 of them getting injured when the large vehicle overturned and fell into the wayside along Mong Phawana route.

Questioning of those who were present revealed that the driver was negligent and was not staying on the road
