Big drug seller arrested in Surat Thani Province.
A big drug seller has been arrested in Surat Thani Province with over 170,000 Yaba pills. The seller was found while waiting to deliver the drugs. History shows he has been in prison before and has been out for just over a year. Surat Thai Police and related officials arrested Kraikrit 39 years old with evidence including 176,000 Yaba pills, 3.25 grams of crystal meth, and the truck used to deliver the drugs with a Surat Thani license plate. At 3.30 on 20 April 2022 the investigation team received information related to a drug case in the area.
Kraikrit had connections to drugs in the area and was found inside a resort with 25 grams of crystal meth. The suspect gave information admitting that he was in contact with a drug group in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. He went to pick up drugs in the province and returned to Surat Thani. The drugs have been seized as evidence in the case. Kraikrit would pick up drugs from the big seller and then distribute them in Surat Thani to small buyers. The suspect admitted he usually works as a freelance on random jobs. He was in prison and had left for over just a year. Before imprisonment he got in contact with an investor.
He has previously sold drugs for this investor once before. He would pick up the drugs and store them before selling the product. This is the second time Kraikrit accepted the job to store the drugs. As payment he would receive one pack of Yaba pills for every 20 packs of Yaba pills sold. The suspect states he has not received payment for the latest drug delivery as he was found and arrested. Kraikrit has been delivered to the Punpin Police Station and is waiting for prosecution. A case has been opened and police are collecting evidence as part of the case investigation.
