New-born baby discarded by mom
Amnart Charoen provincial police are looking for a young woman who dumped her new-born baby in a garbage bin, sanook.com reported yesterday (July 10, 2019).
The woman was caught on CCTV walking into a private clinic and left the toilet with a plastic bag, which she dumped into a garbage bin in front of the clinic.
A group of patients in the clinic were suspicious. They inspected the plastic bag and were shocked to find a new-born baby inside it.
Doctors said the baby was dead.
