Quarrel ends in mother-in-law’s death
A 57-year-old woman hanged herself from a jackfruit tree in the central province of Ratchaburi early this morning (Sept 16, 2018) after a heated quarrel with her son-in-law last night, the Thai-language daily Thai Rath reported.
Police suspected no foul play after interrogating the son-in-law, who lives in the same house with Mrs Wanna Saengkrua.
Mrs Wanna’s daughter broke down in tears after learning of the family tragedy.
“She did not get along with my husband, but I never thought she would settle the problem this way,” she said.
