Surat Thani man gets 30 million baht from lottery tickets
A 50-year-old man in the southern Thai province of Surat Thani has become a millionaire overnight after winning the first prize of the government lottery ticket drawn on April 16, 2021.
A Facebook member has posted a photo of the lottery winner together with members of his family.
The lottery winner has informed police investigators, who registered his name as the winner of the 5 lottery tickets worth 30 million baht.
The lucky man said he had travelled to his mother’s home during Songkran and bought 5 tickets ending with 87, which is the age of his mother.
