Young motorbike riders lectured on loud noises

Fifteen young motorcycle racers were temporarily held in Koke Sisupan sub-district of the northeastern Thai province of Sakon Nakhon after midnight last night (March 4, 2021) and charged with causing loud noises and stress for local residents.

The motorbike racers are between 12 and 18 years old. They have fixed their exhaust pipes to make loud noises during their night-time racing, according to the Thai-language daily Khao Sod.

The police ordered the boys to remove the fixed exhaust pipes and lectured them on local laws before sending them home.
