In the spirit of the holiday season, Beer Republic offers a sizzling festive BBQ menu, accompanied by an array of festive cocktails and mocktails, and a live house band to keep the party going late into the night.
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Festive food is cooked on the BBQ grill at the outdoor terrace, and the menu is available from 8th to 26th December, 2023. Dishes served hot from the BBQ station include an Australian beef, pancetta and cheese burger, grilled pork neck Kurobuta burger, chicken teriyaki burger, fermented pork hot dog, and a Currywurst hot dog.
Festive cocktail mixes include Red Snowflake made with vodka, honey and frozen strawberry, while Santa’s Frozen, mixed from apple juice, honey, passion fruit, and frozen strawberry is on the mocktails list.
