Flipped crane attracts lots of attention
A BIZARRE sight of a heavy crane standing upright next to Phaholyohin Road in front of the Royal Thai Air Force Academy at around noon today (June 7) led to a big traffic congestion as drivers slowed down to look at this unusual spectacle, Thai News Agency said.
The vehicular crane was lifting heavy materials within the northern green line construction zone when it flipped and stood perpendicular to the road because of too heavy a load it was carrying.
Fortunately there were no injuries or fatalities in this accident.
