This delicious new daytime appetizer delights buffet includes a daily choice of two soups (one Western and one Thai), and four international salads from a rotating menu that includes quinoa salad with roasted chicken & raisin, beetroot salad with aioli dressing, Waldorf apple & walnut salad, white prawn cocktail salad, grilled eggplant with oregano dressing, smoked duck & orange salad, and more.
These can be accompanied by a choice of three Thai salads from a rotating daily collection that includes yum som-o jae (vegetarian pomelo salad), yum makua yaow (spicy grilled long eggplant salad), larb moo (minced pork salad), som tum corn (spicy corn salad), yum nuea yang (grilled beef salad) and more. All guests can also make unlimited trips to Orchid Café’s build-your-own Salad Bar, which features a wide range of fresh ingredients, dressings and condiments.
