Jazz up your evening in Phuket
WHILE Phuket is still in its rainy season, we thought it’d be a great idea to share with you some of our favorite venues to listen to Blues and Jazz when staying on the island. I am sure you will understand why I spend a considerable amount of time in these venues once you listen to the quality of their bands and musicians.
Music Matter Jazz Club
One of the original spots to delight yourself with Jazz music in Phuket Town, this small venue is located not far from the Robinson shopping mall in the heart of the city.
Jazz Jams are organized every Wednesday, so feel free to pick the instrument of your choice and go along with the fellow musicians. Overall, a great atmosphere and one of the best spots in Phuket to make friends.
Bebop Live Music Bar
One of the latest additions on the musical scene in Phuket Town has proven that Jazz music is a style that people really want to listen to, as the venue is packed with guests and friends of the house from 6 p.m. onward.
The quality of the band and performers is undoubtably one of the best in Phuket and is well worth a visit if you are looking for a place to relax in the evening. Some small food and snacks are on the menu if you’re hungry while listening to the tunes.
Siam Supper Club
The Siam Supper Club is an upscale restaurant located at the entrance of the Laguna complex of hotels in Cherng Talay. The venue offers a great atmosphere to chill to the tunes of their Mood Monday nights and the perfect combination of food and drinks to indulge in while listening to their music. A very good spot to remember if you are located in this part of the island.
