Teenager steals police car to show off girls
A TEENAGER was reprimanded after taking a policeman’s pick-up truck for a ride to show off the girls in the northeastern Thai province of Chaiyaphum early this morning (April 22), the Thai-language daily Khao Sod reported.
The 18-year-old suspect said he saw the police car parked in front of a motel around 11.30 p.m. last night with the key in it. He drove it to show off to his friends, who had been drinking in the city.
He sold the policeman’s pistol, which was left in the car, to a local merchant and buried his uniform under a tree.
